Alvarez Associates was established on a pledge to help protect people and organizations from acts of workplace violence. There was also a hint of frustration as we recognized that in many cases of violence, there were missed warning signs. We are commited to helping close that gap. We want to help your organization build a culture that has a very low tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Our efforts are backed by decades of experience, specialized training, and industry research.
