In her leadership role, she directs the continuous development and strategic management of the company's comprehensive consulting and training programs, which help clients build workplace environments with a low tolerance for inappropriate behavior.

Her expertise includes a specific emphasis on Open Source Investigations (OSINT), involving the collection and analysis of publicly available information to inform robust workplace safety strategies.
