Workplace Crisis Intervention Training
Based on recent statistics, 1 in 4 of your employees may experience some form of mental health disorder or illness in any given year. Providing your managers and supervisors with the knowledge and confidence to identify common indicators of a mental health issue and how to take appropriate action to support the affected employee is the foundation of this course.
This course is Evidence-Informed and Experienced Applied. In other words, we incorporate current studies and research balanced with decades of field experience and “lessons learned” from real cases. You will come away from this class with knowledge that will help you not only while at work dealing with coworkers, customers, and clients but in your personal life as well.
Objective: Completion of this course will provide students with practical skills and strategies to better understand and respond to mental health issues that may arise in the workplace.
